Weird schtuff [Mar. 5th, 2008|12:21 pm]
Yesterday, as promised, I went around taking pictures of weird sh*t at the festival.

Our NZ neighbors, Aranz Scanning. The guy has this lazer thing and shines it around a persons face, and it creates a 3-d digital image.

German Cuties advertising something

The all white fellow. I'm not sure what he was selling either. There is a lot of intensely gimmicky stuff here.

A train with a beer can

The cute blue haired ladies. They had this cool game going. They give you this game card and put a sticker on it, then you have to find other girls like them and get more stickers. At the end of the day you can win big prizes, like laptops, etc.

A wolf-bear creature. I could never quite see him from the front.

A car

Girls soaking in a hot tub while handing out literature

An historical figure whose name I forgot. I'm a crappy journalist. I really should take notes to go with my pictures. Oh well, they speak for themselves.

A skull on display with the foam face made by the 3-d lazer rapid prototyping people

A sushi restaurant

An ugly and precarious building

A funny little car. Brings out my inner clown.

Giant robot babe overlooks the crowd

Bar stools

Robot man who hands out gummy bears. I took a short video of him

Cave people. I guess they took a wrong turn and found themselves in the future.

Stairway to Hell

Cute bear

The most bad ass car for a lucky toddler.

I'm glad I'm not the only one that thought that.

I'm with Muse...I worried about the pruny grrls. Love the Panmobile, but wouldn't drive it in Texas with all the mega SUVs. >>>squish<<<<
