Where does one go to acquire a comfortable, non-ugly couch that is not expensive?
Or
how about an comfortable ugly couch with a slip cover?

to bad i don't live in mckinney anymore or i'd keep an eye out for you...fuck i remember one time they had a solid slate table with matching slate chairs (the seat was slate) and it was like an 8 seater for $150. table probably cost the owner thousands.

I got my couch at a second-hand store. It is comfortable and non-ugly, but I slipcovered it anyway because I didn't like the original color.

I bought a cotton duck slipcover from Overtock and I am very happy with it. I suggest avoiding Surefit slipcovers at all cost, because they are overpriced, bad quality, and falsely advertised.

My couch is a little bit small, is a sleeper sofa, and cost me $250. You could probably get one for less. Garage sales are also good places to get sofas.
