It's just something us Yankees say. I could never bring myself to say ya'll or fixin' to. Just doesn't sound right.

Upon reflection, I guess I sometimes say "ya guys", as in "Hey,ya guys wanna go get some margaritas?", but "you guys" sounds stilted and about as foreign as "youse guys".
